Having the correct knife and knowing how to use it can be a game changer in the kitchen. In this hands-on class you will hone your basic knife skills and practice the fundamental cuts: mince, dice, brunoise, batonnet and julienne. We will discuss knife maintenance, sharpening and what knives are best to buy.
