- “A Summer of Salads” weekly subscription…one price is your ticket to a box of fresh salad ingredients each week for 8 weeks! Windswept and other local growers choose and pack their very best seasonal delicious greens and garden vegetables enough for 2 large or 4 side salads. A house-made dressing and freshly baked demi bread loaf are included. This is not a prepared meal service, but instead is designed for those who want to craft their own salads. The contents are rinsed but in their raw state. As good practice the ingredients should be rinsed thoroughly again before consuming.
- What to expect in the weekly box:
- Greens: spring or autumn greens mix, spinach, lettuce varieties, arugula, baby kale, Swiss chard, etc.
- Vegetables: radish, turnip, beets, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, herbs, etc.
- House-made Dressing: vinaigrette with fresh herbs and aromatics
- Savory Bread: our baker’s choice of grains, seeds, spices, herbs and aromatics
