‘Summer of Salads’ is back!! Subscribe now to receive a weekly chef-imagined DIY salad kit from Windswept Farm and RE Farm Cafe.

Summer subscription runs 8 weeks, July 6th to August 24th

Servings per kit:  2 large salads or 4 side salads. Each kit contains a recipe card with preparation instructions (including slice, dice, peel, sautee and roast), fresh seasonal greens, raw garden vegetables and other toppings like dried fruit, nuts or grains, house-made dressing, and an optional local cheese add-on.

This is not a prepared meal service. The vegetables come rinsed but in their raw state and will require preparation.

Examples of what may come in a kit:

• Fresh, nutritious greens: Spinach, lettuce varieties, Romaine, kale, Swiss chard…
• Vegetables & toppings : Radish, cucumbers, tomatoes, beets, carrots, Peppers, Scallions, nuts, seeds, hard boiled eggs from the farm and More!
• House-made Dressing: featuring fresh herbs and aromatics made in-house at the Cafe
• (Optional) Cheese add-on: A rotating variety of local cheeses to complement your salad flavors

Curbside pickup every Wed 4-6pm at the Farm Store.
