Join Brenda for a discussion about gluten-free options and then learn to bake yeast breads, flatbreads, and muffins! There will be plenty to snack on and take home. This is a hands-on 90 minute class, so be prepared to get “floury”. Ages 12 and up are welcome, but the class is geared towards adults. Sunday, December 22, begins promptly at 1p.
