RElearn Cooking Class – Fermentation 101

In this hands-on class, led by head composer Brenda Palmer, everyone will select ingredients to make their own kimchi, and goat or cow’s milk kefir to take home!  Geared for adults, but 12 and up are welcome. Pre-registration/ticket required, $55 per person.
