French Themed 4 Course Dinner – WPSU Connoisseur’s Dinner Fundraiser – Feb 6th Pickup

The WPSU Connoisseur’s Dinner is an annual fundraiser that supports the operations and programming of WPSU-TV while highlighting Pennsylvania’s chefs and producers. RE Farm Cafe was invited to participate this year and will be offering a French themed menu prepared as a TO-GO meal for your enjoyment at home featuring ingredients sourced from Windswept and other local farms.

Soupe á l’oignon

French onion soup with toasted baguette smothered in Gruyère

Small Plate

Tartare de Bière au raifort

Seasoned beetroot on crostini with horseradish cream, and carrot and turnip mustard

Choice of Entree

Roulade de Porc aux champignons et Dijon (Meat Option)

Mushroom stuffed local pork loin with mustard cream, herb roasted carrots, and salt potatoes
