RE lead composer Brenda P. will coach participants in techniques for ravioli dough making, filling, and cooking! Savory or sweet, fried or boiled….you’ll sit down to taste them all. This is a hands-on 2 hour class, so be prepared to get “floury”. You’ll be able to flash freeze your creations to take home. Ages 12 and up are welcome, but the class is geared towards adults.
