Cost breakdown:
5 Weeks of Farm fresh Salads = $90 ($18 per week)
5 Weeks of salads with Local Cheese add-on = $105 ($21 per week)
Servings per kit: 2 large entree salads or 4 side salads.
Each kit contains a recipe card with preparation instructions (including slice, dice, peel, sautee and roast), fresh seasonal greens, raw garden vegetables and other toppings like dried fruit, nuts or grains, house-made dressing, and an optional local cheese add-on.
This is not a prepared meal service. The vegetables come rinsed but in their raw state and will require preparation.
Examples of what may come in a kit:
Fresh cut, organic greens: Spinach, leaf lettuce mixes, Romaine lettuce, Arugula, baby kale, tatsoi and more
Vegetables & toppings : beets, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, radishes, broccoli, turnips, scallions, and more.
House-made Dressing: featuring fresh herbs and aromatics
(Optional) Cheese add-on: A rotating variety of local cheeses to complement your salad flavors
