Duke brings a wealth of experience to the table having worked for Hyatt Hotels as a food and beverage manager for many years. Currently, Duke and Monica own successful downtown restaurants that share a kitchen. Spats Café and The All-American Rathskeller are known for delicious food prepared with style. Responsible sourcing is inherent in their businesses. RE offers an opportunity to take responsible sourcing and ecologically sound practices to the table in a new light.
